2024-06-06 Exhibition Activities

Ubiquitous intelligent computing and breakthrough connectivity technologies are reshaping the automotive industry, which is ushering in an unprecedented period of great change as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things flourish. 2024 Qualcomm Automotive Technology and Partnership Summit 2024 was held at the Wuxi International Convention Center on May 30-31, offering a one-stop experience of the cutting-edge new technologies of intelligent driving and presenting us with unlimited possibilities under the leadership of technological change.

As a supplier specializing in automotive vision and perception, Sunny Smartlead is Qualcomm's partner in China, and the two companies have been working closely in key technology areas such as ADAS and autonomous driving to provide reliable vision hardware support for the industry.

At the summit, Sunny Smartlead participated in and displayed the latest products in the field of intelligent driving and cabin, including ADAS 8M camera module, 3M surround sensing camera module, one-piece active heating module, and compact in-cabin monitor camera module, and compact in-cabin monitor camera module. Two front-sensing 8M modules have been ISP debugged on the 8650 ADP, and another surround view 3M module is being developed in cooperation.

At the exhibition site, many partners, industry experts and customers stopped by Sunny's booth to experience the automotive camera module products and demos, discussing the technical parameters and functional applications.

The staff demonstrated the multiple outstanding advantages of Sunny Smartlead's products in automotive visual sensing technology, and explained in detail the important role of these products in the ADAS system of smart driving cars by illustrating the image recognition and processing capabilities in different scenarios.

The visitors expressed high interest and recognition of the innovative research and development achievements of Sunny Smartlead in the fields of Exterior Sensing, Sensing/Viewing, Exterior View, and In-cabin Monitoring. They also had in-depth discussions on relevant application prospects and technical routes.

In the ADAS and cabin-driving integration sub-forum, the Marketing Director, Ryan delivered a speech on the topic of “Creating a Zero-Blind Spot Remote Vehicle Summoning Solution - Prospect of π-mirror Under-vehicle Camera”. He said that the current 11V vision end-to-end solution’s field of view has realized the coverage around the body, but with the gradual development of intelligent driving (such as remote vehicle summoning, valet parking, etc.), it is not possible to perceive the environment under the car in real time, so the sensor solution needs to be upgraded simultaneously. Sunny Smartlead proposes π-mirror under-vehicle camera solution to address the above issues.

At this Summit, Sunny Smartlead and partners discussed how to create a new smart mobility ecosystem through the latest products and research results, exploring the thousands of possibilities of intelligent cabin and driving, and utilizing science and technology to redefine the relationship between humans and vehicles.

In the future, Sunny Smartlead will continue to work with Qualcomm to master cutting-edge technology, and jointly open a new era of intelligent mobility.
